(OTC:PNK:DBMM) updated its on-going business development as a follow on to the last several Press Releases relating to the industry model and our evolving client base. The market continues to chase revenue growth. As an example, Twitter reported growth of 124% with a multiple of 27X sales revenue, with no earnings or profit. Facts such as that are indicative of the digital marketing space which is unlike any other market sector. DBMM remains grossly undervalued and we intend to leverage our new client revenue streams in fiscal year 2015 to improve our position considerably.

On September 24, 2014, as part of DBMM’s strategy as a fully reporting company , the Company issued amended 10-K’s for 2012-2013 and amended 10-Q’s for fiscal year 2014 to transparently reflect its foundation and business model as it begins its 2015 fiscal year on September 1, 2014. The Company continues to pursue a model of strategic organic growth, while executing an acquisition of a private company into DBMM as fully reporting public company in full compliance. The 10-K for DBMM’s 2014 fiscal year is in process and will be completed prior to its due date of November 30, 2014. The Company is now in a very strong position to execute its long-term plan with long-term investors.
